Return & Refund Policy – AECIOSARTI (Print‑on‑Demand)
Custom Production
- Except for Original Arts, all other artworks are made to order using premium Chromaluxe aluminum printing or Fine Art Paper Print.
- Because each piece is produced specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or refunds for change of mind, sizing issues, or personal preference.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace or refund it at no cost.
- Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photos/videos of the artwork and packaging.
- Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 15–30 business days.
- Shipping costs are non‑refundable, except when the item was damaged or incorrectly fulfilled.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged items.
- If you need a replacement, contact us at contato@aeciosarti.com.br before returning any item.
How to Start a Claim
- Email contato@aeciosarti.com.br with your order number and photos of the issue.
- Our team will review and confirm eligibility.
- If approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
