Order Processing

  • Except for Original Arts, all artworks are made to order using premium Chromaluxe aluminum printing or Fine Art Museum Quality paper.
  • Production typically takes 3–7 business days before shipping.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another email with tracking information once it has shipped.

Shipping Times

  • Brazil: 7–15 business days after production.
  • North America (U.S. & Canada): 5–10 business days after production.
  • Europe: 7–12 business days after production.
  • Other International Destinations: 10–20 business days after production.
    All delivery times above are estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance, local carriers, or unforeseen delays.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.
  • Duties, taxes, and customs fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking

  • All orders include tracking information.
  • You can monitor your shipment via the carrier’s website once your order has been dispatched.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the damage and packaging.
  • If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and send a replacement if necessary.

Multiple Items

  • Because each artwork is printed on demand, items in the same order may ship separately.
  • You will receive tracking details for each shipment.

Responsibility

  • AECIOSARTI is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or events beyond our control.
  • Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
